Hi! My name's Ellie. I'm 15 and live in Britain. I adore everything cute and kawaii, especially lolita fashion and dolls.
I like dressing in lolita, drawing pictures, writing stories, hugging my dog, drinking tea and curling up to read books, as well as my Pullip collection.
My inspirations are Mitsukazu Mihara, Yana Toboso, and Macoto Takahashi.
The thing I like drawing the best is fashion, as I just adore clothes of all kinds.
Someday I would love to become an author or an illustrator (a costume designer to be precise).

Hi everyone, I've decided that I'd like to make my first book, When the Summer Ends, free for anyone that can leave a review on Amazon. I'd really appreciate it if any of you would read my book and leave a review, as reviews on self-published books are much more valuable than anything else. Message me here if you're interested, and can honestly commit to leaving a review!

Summary of When the Summer Ends:

A tale of love and friendship set in the 1950s, When the Summer Ends tackles society’s views of the times.

Aika Rowland is a young lady affected by Aspergers, and struggling to live her life; her famous family has its own problems and often she is overlooked, finding it hard to fit in with her outlandish clothes and strange mannerisms. That is, until she meets rough, tough Greaser girl, Cherry Knox, the girl who shows her what love is really about.

Yes, I do! I haven't seen it for a couple of years, but I still remember the disturbing imagery and building tension - the book is brilliant, too! *wishes I had time to watch it* I see from your icon that you like it, too. :)

How are you?

They both have unique atmospheres, I agree. :) Was it in the book that there was this whole 1920s party scene in the hotel, including a gay couple? I remember watching the film where that man was in a dog costume, and I had no idea what they were doing until I read the book later on! :XD: The film was just too surreal at times, but in a good way. I think the book was more explicit in the horror and sexual/nudity bits, whereas the film didn't touch on those in as much detail, especially in the whole domestic abuse between the father and poor Danny.

That's good! I'm fine, too - just feeling very lazy at the moment, and not really bothering with drawing, writing or sewing for the time being. I've got too much stuff to do and too much time, which makes me procrastinate with reading and the internet. :XD: Also, I've got to babysit my grandparent's dog tomorrow, so I'm quite busy at the moment in non-creative things.
Are you up to anything good recently?
